White Glove Cleaning Details
We require all homes be safeguarded throughout our services beginning with the securing during the initial services. If the home is found to have damaged / broken windows or doors the home will be properly boarded and reglazing completed to secure the property. Along with protecting the property, having a secure asset allows the appraisers and brokers to perform their job in an efficient and worry free manor.
- In order to perform a thorough job we must:

- vacuum all carpeted areas, including closets and stairs
- remove all dust and cobwebs from the property including exterior entryways
- sweep and wet mop all tile, hardwood, and vinyl floor surfaces
- inside and outside of all appliances free from dirt, dust, mold, grime, and grease
- cleanall flat surfaces including countertops, cupboards, baseboards, walls, cabinets, ceiling fans, and window sills
- air fresheners dated and placed in each wet area of the home including the bathroom, laundry area, and kitchen
- clean all fixtures including vanities, mirrors, faucets, and toilets
- clean all garages, sheds and outbuildings been swept
- clean the interior pane of all windows and storm doors
- clean all toilet bowls and surfaces
