Exterior Inspections Details


A visual assessment to determine the total outside condition, including prospective code violations, vandalism, or outside damages. Exterior evaluations may be carried out on a repeating basis. In addition, inspectors will validate the occupancy status and inform the servicer of any adverse conditions. Inspectors also will note the presence of "For Sale" signs, citations and notifications.
